Core technology
Cloud Dry matrix
Open-cell reticulated Cloud Dry removes cell membranes to create a skeletal pore network. Water moves through. The sit comes back. Values below are engineered targets grounded in published industry datasheets — not lot-specific ASTM certificates.
Cloud Dry reticulated
Open-cell reticulated polyether. Rapid through-drainage for dining, chaise, ottoman, marine, and hospitality outdoor seats.

The core only reads as luxury if the cover, thread, and underliner stay out of the water path. Standard OEM program below; Customer’s Own Material is accepted when the fabric is outdoor-rated.

Request V-repeat and railroadability before releasing COM. Multi-piece set yardages in the Fit Tool already reflect nesting — do not sum single-piece estimates. Pillow families use 1.0 yd from the brief, regardless of pattern.

Fabrication
CNC craft, not slabbing
Cores are cut on CNC oscillating-blade systems configured for outdoor cushion geometry. Commodity bandsaw programs typically hold ±0.50". The Cushion Store holds ±0.125".
